A product of the Arizona Bobcats 18U program, Hyvarinen is a defenseman from Anthem, Arizona who has developed his game through the local Arizona hockey pipeline. His addition to the Phoenix Inferno roster represents the continued growth of junior hockey development at Fire 'n' Ice Arena.

About the Phoenix Inferno
The Phoenix Inferno compete in the North American 3 Hockey League (NA3HL), a Tier III junior hockey league sanctioned by USA Hockey. Based at Fire 'n' Ice Arena in North Phoenix, the Inferno provide a development pathway for young players aspiring to advance through the junior hockey ranks to collegiate and professional levels.
About Fire 'n' Ice Arena
Located in North Phoenix, the new Fire 'n' Ice Arena facility will be a premier 250,000 square foot multi-sport destination featuring two NHL-size ice rinks, five multi-sport courts, elite training facilities, dining, wellness, entertainment, and the home of SSS Phoenix Hockey Academy and the Phoenix Inferno. Opening August 2026, the facility is set to become one of Arizona's top destinations for youth sports and family entertainment.
