Every player is guaranteed a minimum of three full games during the two-day camp to showcase their abilities.

USA Hockey Registration Required for All Players

All players must be registered with USA Hockey for the 2026-27 season before participating in any on-ice activities. Your confirmation number must have a '6' as the fourth digit. Players not from Canada or the US may use the team's address to complete registration.

2️⃣

USA Hockey / Hockey Canada Try-Out Notice Canadian Citizens

Required for all Canadian citizen players (including Dual US/CAN citizens) participating in tryout camp. This form is not needed for Americans who played in Canada last season or international import players.

Half Shield Visor Waiver Players 18+ Only

Only players over the age of 18 who have signed this waiver are permitted to wear a half-shield. Under no circumstances can a player under the age of 18 wear a half-shield.

* The Phoenix Inferno's application for membership in the NA3HL has been approved by the NA3HL Board of Governors. USA Hockey has been properly notified, and formal approval is expected at their annual meeting in June 2026.
