Speed & PowerAPEX PERFORMANCE
55 minTrain like an athlete. Agility ladders, plyometrics, resistance sprints, and sport-specific conditioning designed to improve speed, power, and reaction time.
AthleticRIDE
45 minRhythm-driven indoor cycling through hills, sprints, and intervals. Motivating playlists and coached efforts make every pedal stroke count. Low impact, high reward.
CycleSTRENGTH
55 minThe closest thing to personal training in a group setting. Capped at 8 participants, Strength delivers individualized programming, real-time form correction, and progressive tracking. Your coach knows your name, your numbers, and your next level.
