Fire 'n' Ice Sports Arena's Advanced and Competition Leagues are designed for elite athletes who want to test their skills against the best competition in the Southwest. These leagues feature higher-level play, professional officiating, advanced coaching, and exposure to scouts and recruiters.
Elite Hockey Leagues
Adult Competitive Hockey League
- Divisions: A, B, C skill levels
- Weekly games with playoffs
- Professional referees and scorekeeping
- Stats tracking and standings
- Season: September - April (32 weeks)

Elite Basketball Leagues
AAU Basketball Program
- Nationally competitive AAU teams
- Age groups: 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U, 17U/18U
- 3 practices per week + tournament schedule
- Professional coaching with college/pro experience
- Strength and conditioning program
- College recruiting support
- Travel to regional and national tournaments
- Season: November - July

Adult Competitive Basketball League
- Divisions: Open, 30+, 40+, Women's
- Games on Tier 1 NBA floors
- Professional referees and scorekeeping
- Playoff tournament on center court
- Season: October - March (20 weeks)

Elite Volleyball Leagues
Club Volleyball Program
- USAV-sanctioned competitive teams
- Age groups: 12U, 14U, 16U, 18U
- 3 practices per week + tournament schedule
- Professional coaching staff
- Strength training and conditioning

Adult Competitive Volleyball League
- Divisions: Open, Intermediate, Recreational
- Co-ed and gender-specific divisions
- Professional-grade courts
- Certified referees
- Season: January - May (16 weeks)
