Fire & Ice Arena welcomes visiting coaches and skaters. To maintain a safe, organized, and professional training environment, all guests are expected to follow the guidelines below.
Fire & Ice Arena maintains a structured coaching environment to ensure consistency and quality across all skating programs. As such, any coach seeking to instruct within the facility who is not part of the Fire & Ice Figure Skating staff must receive prior approval.
Guest coaching is typically permitted during local competitions, test sessions, and similar events. Exceptions or special circumstances may be considered at the discretion of the Skating Director.
Coaches not currently affiliated with the Fire & Ice Figure Skating program must request approval at least seven (7) days in advance by contacting the Skating Director.
Approved guest coaches will be required to check in upon arrival and may be issued identification indicating compliance with all guest coaching policies. While on-site, guest coaches are expected to adhere to all Fire & Ice freestyle session rules and facility guidelines. Failure to comply may result in revocation of guest coaching privileges.
This policy does not apply to coaches formally invited by Fire & Ice Arena for camps, seminars, or special programs.
To ensure a safe, organized, and productive training environment, all guest skaters and families are expected to follow the guidelines below while visiting Fire & Ice Arena.
Fire & Ice utilizes a digital music system for freestyle sessions. Guest skaters may use a personal device if needed; however, skaters training regularly will be required to use the facility's designated system.
